Turner Medical Practice Management (Turner-MPM) began providing services exclusively to doctors and consultants in private practice in 2004; since that time the business has grown and expanded and become highly regarded as the 'go to' place for help and advice with all practice related issues.

Tailored services are developed to suit the individual requirements of our consultants and we specialise in full practice management of both clinical and medico-legal practices. Quite simply, we can help as much or as little as you need.  We encourage open discussions and regular updates to keep your practice on track, but are happy to take the reins leaving you time to concentrate on other things.

Debbie has many years experience in the Private and Public sector Health Services working as a PA / Medical Secretary, and a strong background in Business and Management including Project Management and Operations Planning. 

Debbie is a member of AMSPAR (The Association of Medical Secretaries, Practice Managers, Administrators & Receptionists); and the BSMSA (British Society of Medical Secretaries and Administrators); she sets a high benchmark on service levels and continuously provides the highest quality, cost efficient services possible.

Flexible and Accessible Cover 

Recognising the need to offer flexible cover - as there are times when you may wish to action or discuss things outside normal office hours - we are happy to take the call and help where we can. Your patients will have access to us from 7:00am – 7:30pm during the week, and there is an ‘out-of-hours’ number if a problem arises outside of this or at the weekend. We will always act upon a genuine request for assistance, no matter what time, and aim to smooth the way for you and your patients wherever possible.
