Diary Management & Theatre Bookings

We are able to handle your diary management, clinic set-up, arrange private patient consultations, theatre bookings and optimise utilisation of available clinic and theatre sessions.

We will liaise with colleagues in the local hospitals to ensure your clinic time is efficiently used and your patients are able to see you when and where they find most convenient, ensuring best use of your available time, including arranging appointments and advice regarding clinic availability so your patients can access you at mutually convenient times.

We will arrange theatre sessions, discuss admission dates with patients and fellow colleagues, including acting as intermediary between you, your patients, insurance companies and the hospitals.

We will also help arrange anaesthetic cover if required and work closely with anaesthetic colleagues.
